To promote the Harbour Area Treatment Scheme (HATS), we participated in "Harbour Day 2007" held on 18 November 2007 by holding a display on the Wan Chai waterfront. The display panels not only showed details of the HATS programe but also information on Hong Kong's sewerage infrastructure and water quality.
