The feasibility study aims to identify and resolve all significant issues related to the co-use of the HATS Stage 2B Site designated for the future underground biological sewage treatment plant and other facilities above ground so as to proceed with the planning application for amendment of plan under Section 12A of the Town Planning (Amendment) Ordinance.
